Complexions Spa (Albany) is my favorite local spa. Sarah is my esthetician and I’ve been booking with her for over 3 years. She is very knowledgeable about skincare and my overall skin needs. She goes over skin recommendations each visit and does not try to overwhelm me. Sarah is very kind and welcoming, Thee Best at Complexions.

I had my daughter's 9th birthday party this past weekend in the private area of the spa. The girls each got mini manis, mini pedis, and a skincare lesson by Melanie. The service providers were great with the girls and they all loved being pampered. The star of the show for us was staff member Megan. She was enthusiastic, loved doing her job, helped me decorate and break things down. She served the girls mocktails, and did it all with a smile. I cannot say enough about her - I hope management recognizes her for her amazing service! Overall, everyone had a great time, and Complexions made my daughter's birthday one to remember - she felt like a Queen for a day! Bravo, Complexions for offering kid's spa services!

It's the start of Winter here and with the change of seasons it's so nice to be able to return to the comfort of services at Complexions. I've been here for over 9 months and always see Angel for return facial visits. I'm always impressed with her level of care and attention. I've added services over past visits and the care and attention for these additional needs was fabulous and relaxing. Angel is professional, kind, attentive,concerned and precise. I'll be referring a friend to this spa.

Mostly giving 5 stars specifically for massage therapist, Luciana, however I do not have anything bad to say about other experience, providers or the facilities. I typically book at least 1 service 3 times a year and I am very pleased. I think that the front desk service is friendly and helpful. I enjoy the consistency of what I would expect each time I am there. The steam room, the sauna, the shower and lockers. I enjoy that it’s not overcrowded - ever. I hesitate to even write this next part because I find she is already challenging to book with and o don’t want her availability to be any more limited due to increased client interest but, Luciana, is truly incredible inside and out. When I book a service with Luciana I feel seen and heard and understood. Luciana is a very skilled massage therapist. I have had many, many massages in my life from many providers, spas, and resorts. My most recent, 90 minute therapeutic massage with Luciana was the most amazing and incredible experience of my life!! I left there feeling like… I did not even know I could feel that way anymore. It was like she put me back into my 5 year old body- free of aches, pains, tension or worries. Aside from her skill… when Luciana is servicing you, it is like you are all that matters. She takes genuine care and interest in providing exactly what you need and she has the most genuine and interesting spirit of anyone I’ve met. I could also recommend the soak and massage. I had this experience with Luciana as well and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Out of all services I’ve ever booked and paid for - anywhere - I do find complexions a bit on the high end for prices - however, I find the services I have referred to in this review, specially with Luciana, are beyond worth the money in value. To the point where I book with her every 4 months now. Whether you have a regular ongoing appt or are looking for an opportunity to treat yourself to an occasional or one-time experience - book one of these and you will have zero regrets. Additionally, I have only had one facial in my life but I was very pleased with my experience booked with Sierra/Ciara.
